Differences from the sample/photo provided should not be considered manufacturing defects, but rather a characteristic of the manual process, which may result in variations in color and uniformity.
When placed outdoors, finishes may undergo color changes, which should not be considered a defect. Brass is a living material that gradually develops a patina over the years.
For cleaning and maintenance, use only a cotton cloth slightly dampened with water and, after cleaning, wipe with a dry cotton cloth. Do not use abrasive cloths, solvents, alcohol, or aggressive detergents. Dry the surface thoroughly if water remains standing.
Part of the Open Manifest collection, this artistic brass pull handle results from a creative collaboration between Atelier Landon and M’TITA BAMAKO. Originating from a spontaneous drawing, the piece preserves the intuitive gesture and irregular proportions of the initial sketch. Its outline evokes a stylized figure, almost in motion, giving the handle a strong and expressive visual identity. This naïve, narrative approach brings warmth and character to any door or furniture surface.
Cast in solid brass using traditional foundry methods, the handle naturally displays delicate variations that reflect the craftsmanship involved. Each piece is shaped, refined, and patinated by hand, giving the metal its warm glow and deep tonal nuances. The slight irregularities inherent to manual casting contribute to the authenticity of the piece and reinforce its unique presence.
With a height of 22 cm and a width of 9 cm, the handle adapts to various applications: interior doors, cabinet fronts, buffets, or architectural panels. The face-fix system ensures easy installation while maintaining the clarity of the silhouette. Each example produced in the workshop remains faithful to the original drawing and the artist’s creative intent.
Suitable for indoor or sheltered outdoor use, the handle naturally develops a deeper patina as the years pass. Maintenance is minimal: a simple soft cloth preserves its appearance while allowing the brass to age gracefully. Blending artistic expression with traditional craftsmanship, this artistic brass pull handle embodies a free, expressive, and lasting approach to design
