When placed outdoors, finishes may undergo color changes, which should not be considered a defect. Brass is a living material that gradually develops a patina over the years.
For cleaning and maintenance, use only a cotton cloth slightly dampened with water and, after cleaning, wipe with a dry cotton cloth. Do not use abrasive cloths, solvents, alcohol, or aggressive detergents. Dry the surface thoroughly if water remains standing.
This pull handle is crafted using a traditional sand-casting process, in which molten brass is poured into a mold to take on an organic form. This method gives each piece a unique character: subtle variations in patina or dimensions reflect the artisan’s hand and the natural movement of the material.
